How to use:
- To transform eyeshadow into a highly pigmented eyeliner: Crush the shadow into fine particles or use loose shadows, add a few drops of booster and blend well until you get a smooth consistency.
- To fix any broken powder: Crush the broken powder into fine particles, add a few drops of booster (2 to 3 drops) and mix well. Press it with a tissue or soft towel and let it dry for an hour. Make sure not to add too much booster to maintain the correct consistency.
